If I'm certifying Form MGT-8 for the year FY ended 31st March, 2015, should I comment about the AGM held during the period i.e., FY 2014-15 or for the AGM which is to be held for the FY 2014-15 i.e., in FY 2015-16?
Need your advice at the earliest possible.
