What is the amount of stamp duty asked for in INC-21? what is the matter to be written on stamp paper in INC-21? Whether it can be paid through MCA website as we are paying in case of MOA and AOA Stamp Duty

Buy a Stamp Paper of the appropriate value in the name of the Company for Declaration. and attach the same as an optional attachment. Just mention company name, CIN and purpose.

Recommended to write the following sentence in the stamp paper.
"This forms part of INC 21 of ( write here full name of the company)".
"This forms part of INC 21 of ( write here full name of the company)".
