DEAR SIR,
I HAVE PURCHASED AGAINST c FORM, party have charged Cst@2%, Can we take refund of cst which is approx rs.35000/-from delhi deptt. because our all export sale now we will purchase against form H what is the procedure of refund of cst which supplier have already charged to us, plz suggest me,

Mr. UK Tripathi,
There is one way, if it is not too late.Within six months your supplier can amend his invoice reduce the taxes and issue a credit note to you and also amend his return there in Delhi.The supplier can pay you back Rs35,000/-charged to you wrongly.For this purpose you have to issue a letter or the proof of export documents to him(bill of lading,invoice,purchase order packing note etc).If the purchase was made more than six month back you have to apply to commissioner or such concerned authority of Delhi ST dept ,with all details for refund.
