Is there any pre condition U/s 5(3) of the CST Act that goods purchased against Form H and the goods exported should be same.

in course of export and is exempt from CST. Dealer actually exporting the goods has proof of export like customs documents, bank certificate, airway bill/bill of lading, shipping bill etc so in this case form H total & bill of lading amount should be same
