form F in case of interstate transfer of raw material

30 April 2009 dear sir,

we have transfer raw material interstate for job work from delhi to haryana( Bagadurgah).and we get back finished goods after completion of job work and sir please tell whether there form f applicable? how we get f form from sale tax office?

30 May 2009 Form "F" is applicable where you had transfer your material by debiting your branch or unit to your own branch or unit.
the buyer unit will issue the same on it's seller unit for tax exemption, since a company can not sale to own company.
you have to apply for the same from local sale tax office.

01 June 2009 Form "F" is applicable in case where material transferred to it's own unit without charging sale tax.
now, if you have transfered the material to your unit, by debiting (non returnable basis) then receiving unit will issue "F" form to selling unit.but in your case "F" form is not applicable.
