Someone may please reply, if possible:

Query 1

Even for fresh applicant applying DIN for first time, prescrutiny check prompts that ‘This Form has already Field’. System has identified your application as potential duplicate……….

Should I simply proceed or I need to check with DIN Cell with the applicant’s data and after verification only, I should proceed?

Firstly you ask the applicant that they have applied earlier for DIN and if he has applied earlier, then he has received the mail from DIN Cell.

So I request you to check the mail of that applicant.

If you not got the same then you contact DIN cell for old DIN status.

05 October 2013 Proceed only after verification for which the following procedure may be followed.

* Log in to www.mca.gov.in.

* Under 'eforms' click on 'companies/ LLP's in which person is/was director/designated partner'.

* Click on the magnifying glass emblem appearing along side DIN/DPIN

* In the coming window enter director's name, father's last name and DOB of director and click on 'search'

* DIN, along with other details, will be displayed in the screen next appearing.

If the result is -ve, apply for DIN.

Thanks Mr. BCW. As per the instructions given, I have pursued and got the DIN details of the applicant.

FYI - After login, *Under 'Services', we need to check.
