Form D abolished by Govt from 01.04.2007. Please let me know what is the tax rate for Govt public sector particularly for Railways and is there any GO?

rate of tax depend on th basis of commodity, so that is not relevant whether materails supply to Railways and / or other, if there is no specific exemption / grant allowed by laws..
