FORM C ON FIRE EXTINGUISHER EQUIPMENT USED IN PRODUCTION

We have purchsed fire extinguisher equipments. Pleae advise whether we can issue Form "C" for the same.

Other than automobiles and certain specified capital goods interstate purchases can be made under C form.You can issue C form for fire extinguisher provided the purchase is interstate.
