11 April 2014 at present every states have diff-2 condition

it may demand invoice / or demand that you have to show in your sales tax return in related qtr.

'C' forms are issued to all dealers in each state on-line only. For this purpose you must have declared the commodity in your CST RC and declared such purchases in your returns.You have to get an username and a password from the department for this work.Then open the concerned state commercial tax web site and go for CST forms online.fill the username and PW. 'C' forms will appear. Fill it up with details and click submit. A 'C' form will be seen with special serial number. Take its print,get it approved by tthe LVO office and you can issue it to your supplier...mjk
