Can anyone tell me how i can get issue the Form C from sales tax department ,Haryana first time .

Its Urgent.

10 June 2013 For online C form application need to do on your login in the state vat website. after filing of your inter state purchase details in the VAT return, you can apply, it will be approved if it matches with your vat return and you can download in prescribed time.

11 June 2013 But for haryana online facilities not available thts y i want to ask the procedure for C Form.

11 June 2013 In case C form offline. you need to give the request to your LVO to issue the C forms to your TIN number and you can fill the purchase details and can be issued and also you need to maintain one C form issue register

C form counterfoil & C form register need t be submitted to sales tax authorities when ever required.
