18 February 2011 hi.. there is a private limited company which purchases a car on loan... does form 8 has to be filed for that.. please treat this as urgent

If the loan has been availed in the name of the Company and for the purpose of secruing the repayment of the amount borrowed, any property of the Company has been given as security, then Form 8 has to be filed within 30 days from the date of execution of documents for creating charge on the property of the Company.
