07 May 2010 Form-66 is used to upload compliance certificate received from practicing company secretaries.

Company which are not required to appoint a whole time CS are required to obtain compliance certificate from practicing company secretaries and also required to filed the same with ROC through filing of form-66.

I would like to know the complete detail regarding how have to appoint a wholetime cs and whole? Would mainly like to know the limits of share capital for the same.
