05 August 2013 HOW TO PREPARE AN XML. FILE OF FORM-3CD FOR UPLOADING PURPOSE ON INCOME TAX WEBSITE(WITHOUT ANY SOFTWARE)???

AND IS IT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE THE RECONCILIATION WORKING OF EXCISE ACCOUNTING AS PER SECTION 145A UNDER CLAUSE 12b OF 3CD???

05 August 2013 i)Go to the home page of www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in

ii) Click on 'Forms (other than ITR)

iii) Select form 3CD/CB and down load.

iv) If has 4 pages. fill up and validate page by page.

v) Click on the button appearing to generate XML file.

vi) Save the XML file.

vii) Log in to the site with CA user id and password, select Form 3CD/3CB and then upload the XML file with the DSC of the CA.

05 August 2013 Java runtime 1.7/7 is required to down load the said forms which is also available in the website referred by me.
