09 August 2011 Dear Experts please tell me s it compulsory to file form 32 for Change in designation of additional diector @ AGM.

And What shall be the number & date of resolution for the fiield"I have been authorised by the Board of directors' resolution number........ dated (DD/MM/YYYY) to sign and submit this form"

is it the date of AGM.

09 August 2011 Yes Raj u hv to file form 32 after confirming the director from additional dir. in the AGM.

simply put the no. of resolution and date of AGM. Bcoz in the AGM u r confirming the dir as regular dir.

09 August 2011 its not a AGM date, Board of Director Meeting Date (AGM Notice signed date),
