Is it require to file Form 32 in physicaly after s efilling with mca ?

then how can i know that everything is ok ?

After e-filing check the 'transaction status' through MCA 21 site. If the result of such checking shows as 'approved',that means the matter is ok.

i have filled Form 32 with mca, but under tansaction status- Change service is showing pending for action. What does it mean . How can i know its approved ?

If the Transaction Status is 'Pending for Action' that means that your Transaction is pending with the Authorising Officer at RoC Office, and is yet to be approved.
MCA shall communicate you the approval online, and you can check the status from the transaction status service available to you on login.
On this you may also take the help of RFO nearest to the concerned RoC Office.
