07 November 2008 After e-filing check the 'transaction status' through MCA 21 site. If the result of such checking shows as 'approved',that means the matter is ok.

16 November 2008 i have filled Form 32 with mca, but under tansaction status- Change service is showing pending for action. What does it mean . How can i know its approved ?

20 November 2008 If the Transaction Status is 'Pending for Action' that means that your Transaction is pending with the Authorising Officer at RoC Office, and is yet to be approved.

MCA shall communicate you the approval online, and you can check the status from the transaction status service available to you on login.

On this you may also take the help of RFO nearest to the concerned RoC Office.
