18 February 2011 Dear Experts,
Am applying DIN for our new director & got the DIN alloted letter recently
now I need to fiing form32 it is enough for DIN approved or Filing of DIN-2&DIN-3 completed then only filing form32???

Can any one help me plsssss

18 February 2011 If the date of appointment is on or after 01/07/2007, DIN-2 and DIN-3 requirements are not required meaning thereby e-form 32 can be filed immediately on approval of DIN.
