Company incorporated way back in 2000
any change in director shud it use DIN form series or Form 32 can be used?

well at the time of appointment, cessation of directorship i.e. change in directorship should be notified by filing Form 32 at MCA.

Continuing Ms.Vandana, for filing form 32 approved DIN is mandatory. More over since the company is incorporated in 2000, procedure regarding DIN-2 and DIN-3 compliance has also to be looked into.
