any change in director shud it use DIN form series or Form 32 can be used?
(Form 32 states f"or existing/newly incorp company")

08 December 2009 Continuing Ms.Vandana, for filing form 32 approved DIN is mandatory. More over since the company is incorporated in 2000, procedure regarding DIN-2 and DIN-3 compliance has also to be looked into.
