RECENTLY IN FORM-32 A NEW THING HAS BEEN ADDED, Whether the form is being filed for Managing Director, director(s) who ceased to be associated with the company on or
before 31st October, 2006 and do not have DIN (refer instruction kit for details,WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THAT & WHETHER IT IS MANDATORY TO BE FILED.

If the Company has not filed the DIN 3 of the concerned Managing Director and Director then firstly they filed the DIN 3 and then you use the digital signature of the same if such person is not resigned from the directorship.

Thanks a lot sir, but i also want to know that in Form-32 on that link there is no red sign which mean it is not necessary to fill & therefore if DIN-3 has already been filed then whether we have to click on Yes or No button or is not required to click on that link.
