19 August 2010 Sir,
There a 2 Dir A,B(regular dir)
on 01/09/2009 A resigned and its was accepted on 29/09/2009(date of AGM)ues
on 01/09/2009 C was appointed as Add.Dir.
on 29/09/2009 AGM was held & C was appointed as Regular Dir.

Form-32 for C as appointed as AD on 1/9/09
was duly filed & approved.

Now my question is can I file one Form-32
for resignation of A & change of Desigination of C(regularisation).

19 August 2010 You can file this form with different event dates (date of appointment, date of change in
designation and date of cessation) only if these dates are within 30 days of the filing date. If
any of the date(s) are beyond 30 days, then separate form is to be filed for every such event
date.

but sir I have filled form 32
containing resignation date29/9/09
& change of designation on 29/09/09
dat of AGM.
while doing presquitiny no errors
are shown.
If possible pl clarify.

20 August 2010 yes there is no problem .as the both event are on same date.
