25 August 2013 At the time of incorporation when you fill Form 32 do the directors who are subscribers to memorandum need to give consent to be directors? Further which of the options Chairman, executive director or non executive director needs to be selected?

25 August 2013 1). Subscribers are the shareholders.
Consent to be given of the proposed directors...whose DIN are applied for.
2) IT's BOD's decision ..who shall be the Chairman/ Ex Drtr/.... OR all are general directors only..

If you are incorporating private limited company, then you will take consent letter from director who is subscriber to act as director of the proposed company, but you will not attached it with Form-32.

without attachment you can file Form-32. portal.

It will depend on you to appoint him as chairman, executive or non executive.
