Who should file form 3 CEB? what is called as associated enterprise?

1)Assesse need to appoint a CA through online for issuance of audit report 3CEB
2)Once it is done auditor can upload 3CEB report from his auditor login
3)Client need to accept this report
4)Refer 16 page of guidance note
