20 September 2013 FOR A PRIVATE LTD COMPANY..I FILLED ROC FORM-23AC FOR 31.03.2013, AND IN DIRECTOR REPORT I HAVE MENTIONED M/S XYZ CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT HAVE BEEN APPOINTED AS THE STATUTORY AUDITOR FOR 01.04.2013 TO 31.03.2013

BUT UNFORTUNATELY M/S XYZ CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS ARE NOT ABLE TO SIGN AND THEY ARE NOR SIGNING FORM-23B, FOR 01.04.2013 TO 31.03.2014

NOW WHAT I SHOULD DO, AS I HAVE SUBMITED FORM-23AC FOR 31.03.2013 ALONG WITH DIRECTOR REPORT.

You have not taken any professional consulting thereon.

Firstly, you should appointing for first financial year and his tenure will end on upcoming AGM.

So, you have not filed Form-23B in time.

If your auditor has accepted appointment, then he will definitely sign balance sheet. Other wise you can not preserise for signing.

21 September 2013 Sir,
Actually on verbally he (auditor) tole me that he will audit/sign balance sheet for F.Y 2013-14, AND i mentioned the same in my Director Report for 31.03.2013, that Mr XYZ has been appointed as the statutory audit for F.Y 2013-14,, BUT for any reason he is not accepting or signing FORM-23B for F.Y 2013-04

May I approach any other auditor and file form-23B FOR F.Y 2013-14

21 September 2013 You can appoint an other auditor for the FY 2013-14 in AGM.
