20 September 2013 First auditor is not required to file form 23B with MCA, but what to do at the time of filling Form 23AC & 23ACA ----SRN Details?

Form-23B is required for every appointment. Whether it if first auditor or subsequent auditor.

If your filing is for the FY 2010-11 or before that u can use SRN Z99999999.

20 September 2013 No, because it is mandatory for Filing of Form-23B from the FY 2012-13.

20 September 2013 if board meeting on 01/11/2012 for appointment of first auditor & auditor is filling Form 23 B on today 20/09/2013 ---what is the MCA filling fees & penalty ?

It will be total ROC fee is Normal fee + 9 times of normal fee.

For Example:

If Normal fee is Rs. 500/- then 9 time will be Rs. 4500 and total will be Rs. 500+ 4500= Rs. 5000/-
