I forgot to attach director report and notice with form 23AC and filed it without it.

now how can i file notice an board report without paying any fine or fee

23 December 2010 System will automatically approve the e-form 23AC. Therefore, no alternative other than to file afresh ,with fees ,to correct the mistake.

23 December 2010 In that case don't pay and wait till the expiry of the cash challan. After the expiry date upload e-form 23AC afresh with the required attachments and generate new challan and make payment accordingly.

24 December 2010 you can again file the form after prescruitnee as you have not made the payment of the challan . A new challan will be generated with new SRN. so dont wait just file ASAP.
