What is form 23 ac , when to be filed.

It is an e-form used for filing balance sheet and other connected documents with the Registrar of Companies through MCA 21 portal. Should be filed every year with in 30 days from the date of annual general meeting with fees. Belated filing attracts additional fee ,which may go up to 9 times of normal fee depending on the number of days delay ,u/s 611(2) of the companies Act,1956.
