16 October 2014 which amount is written in the indebtedness of the company as on the date of AGM or latest due date.

Amount includes both secured and unsecured loan?

or amount of secured loan only is included.

16 October 2014 It is all about secured loan figure.

Further Annual Return contain the info upto the date of AGM. So there may be a difference in secured loan figure as on March 31 or AGM date.

So you are advised to take updated secured loan figure as on the date of AGM

29 November 2014 sorry for late reply.
but we take the information ( balances) from the balancesheet as on 31.03.14.
Till now no notice from the ROC was issued.
