Form 20b filed wrongly with roc(agm date 30.9.2014

My Compnay registred on 10.02.14, so what is due date of agm.

I have kept agm date 30.09.2014, and also upoladed form 20b with roc.on 10.11.2014 and also form 23ac and 23aca for fy 13.14.

my query whether i have filed wrongly form 20b.

i request, clarify if i have done wrong.

17 November 2014 first agm shuld be held in 18 months of incorporation. if u held agm earlier it is not violation of any rule. so your filling is lawful.
