Please help me in regard to the below queries

1. Are all the pages of SILOP signed by all the Directors?

2. Is BR required to attach with Form20?

3. please explain me Point I and IV in form 20

Yes, it will be signed by all directors, whose name is given in SILOP.

No, Board meeting resolution is not required.

23 August 2013 okay sir but eform 20 requires detail regarding BR without which "Check Form" button doesn't work.

further dear sir I want to know that each page requires signature or only the last page.

I think, it demand BR for verification column who are authorised to sign e form with ROC.
