I HAVE FILED FORM-2 WRONG NO OF SHARE WITH WRONG NAME OF ALLOTEE. WHAT STEP SHOULD BE TAKEN.ANY REVISE OPTION

No need to file Form-67.
You can read the challan of Form-2 already filed. It says it is a document filed in STP mode. So as and when you filed revised Form-2 MCA will autometically update your master date.
