05 December 2009 well in Form 2 there is one column " Brief particulars in respect of terms and conditions, voting rights etc. of shares" so what exactly should be mentioned in that respective blank space?

05 December 2009 This column is to be filled up if:
1) shares / debentures are allotted for consideration other than cash;
2) shares allotted on conversion of convertible debentures / preference shares as per the terms of their issue;
3) any such other similar allottment

05 December 2009 ok but exactly what wordings i am suppose to mention in that blank space as its a notmal allotment of shares of Rs. 40,00,000 (shares alloted in cash)
