30 October 2010 Actually I had upoladed the form 2 with the penality of Rs.4000/-, but had done the wrong filling. I had also inclued the First subsciber to MOA in the allotment form.

What is the solution to rectify the filing with the Same SRN. The form is not approved till the date
Please give the solution ITs very urgent.

30 October 2010 1. What is penalty. Clarification needed.
2. If the status of e-form 2 is RSUB(resubmission) or PUCL(pending for user clarification) same SRN can be used. Other wise file fresh e-form 2 with an optional attachment stating the mistake happened very clearly in the earlier form.
