Form 1A- COmpanies name application

16 March 2011 While filling the name application of my company i came forward with a clause in the form-1A that is the name of your company is in consonance with the main objectives.

What does it mean? and

What will happen if i will select no. WIll my name application get rejected for selecting no.

Require help.

16 March 2011 It means that the name of your company should have resemblance with the main objectives of the business.
For example if the main object is stock broking then name should be like--

X Share broking Pvt Ltd Or X Securities Pvt Ltd etc.
If the name is not in consonance with the main objectives then it may well be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit the form again.
