Can anyone tell me attachment to form 18 i.e Proof of Registered Office address

what we can attach....for Proof of Registered Office address...the co is going to take office on rent...After formation they are going to prepare leave & Licence agreement.

Please reply..its urgent....

26 December 2012 Sir can we attach MTNL or Electricity Bill of Bill of landlord for Proof of residence ie attachment to Form18.

In the absence of rent agreement / leave & licence agreement, consent letter of landlord alone is an alternative that can be attached.

Then what type of proof we attach with form 18. Can we provide the consent letter by the landlord of the premises.

Mr. Krishna and Mr. Mukesh (Director of The Proposed Company) desires to incorporate the company in the name & style of M/s SHREE RAM MACHINERY PRIVATE LIMITED.
I Agree to give the above mentioned property to Company on lease. I have no objection to use the premises as registered office of the said company.
