Dear sir,
My one of the relative is commission agent for RD and she/he got amount of commission after deducting TDS under section 194 H
But she/he did not get form 16A.
Kindly guide it is possible for me to download form 16A, then how to get form 16A because TDS deductor person is said you may be get TDS certificate your self.

Dear Sanjay You cant get 16A from other source. Only Deductor can give this to you. You can download your 26AS from incometaxindiaefiling.gov and tdscpc.gov.in
26AS will show you credit amounts, then you can send requirement of 16A to deductors those are deducted and deposited the tds from your payment.
