i want to know that if i take deduction other then in my Form 16a ( salary ) like medical premium and Rent paid( section 80GG) to refund my TDS amount already deducted my employer but there is no actual taken either premium and Rent paid
so is there any problem with that to file ITR means i show proof of the same ???????????

You can do that but you should keep all the document with you as a proof

Though you have to show all your eligible deductions to your employer but if ommitted you can declare and take the benefit of those deduction while filing your income tax return.

sir my question is that just to refund my TDS amount neither i have medical premium nor i paid any rent ( only for refund purpose) if i show in my return and also neither show in my Form 16A can i filed return after that deduction??? is there any problem with that ????? i have required to show proof ????

At the time of filling the return you don't required any proof for claiming. The proof will be required if scrutiny occur
