20 June 2011 Dear Sir,

I have a question about of my past company which are to ready to give me of my FORM-16 in FY 2010-11.Company had deducted monthly Incometax in may salary.Now I want to know about my Past company FORM 16 and company dont any reply about it.Please help me what should I Do??

20 June 2011 if the company deducted your monthly TDS till May salary, the same can be verified from your 26As statement as well.

So that's not a big issue.

20 June 2011 Thanks sir,But Company deducted TDS in Financial Year 2010-11 and Now I want to be FORM 16 for IT return.Comapny should be provide to me but nobody interested it.Please guide me without FORM 16 how can I filed IT return?
