Form 16 has name before marriage pan card has name after mar

08 August 2013 Hi, my wife has PAN card with name after marriage while her form 16 contain name before marrage. There is difference in middle name and last name present on PAN card. So how to file ITR in this case?

08 August 2013 File return on the basis of the name after marriage.

Father's name never changes.
.
Credit of tax will be given on the basis of PAN. So, the only requirement is the person should be the same ..and the PAN should also be the same.
