Form 16 and non-payment of tds

08 December 2015 My ex-employer did not issue form 16 as well as the TDS deducted is not reflecting in 26AS. I have tried contacting the MD of the company and every time they gave me false commitment that the Form 16 will be issued. But is now more than 2 years; they are not issuing form 16.

Kindly suggest whom should i write to make the company issue Form 16.

08 December 2015 Make a complaint with ITO where your company has the jurisdiction.

09 December 2015 My company is head quartered in Chennai. I used to work in Mumbai branch of the organization and my AO is in New Delhi.

Kindly suggest where do i raise complaint and how do i need to raise complaint - by in person visit? or by email?

10 December 2015 you need to raise the complaint at the HO of your company i.e Chennai as well as Mumbai branch.
