30 May 2012 One of our Employees left the organization in June 2011. He rejoined the organization after six months as a totally new employment. Kindly guide whether we need to issue two different form 16 or we can issue a consolidated form 16 for both periods.

30 May 2012 You have to issue only one Form 16 considering Salary credited in whole Financial Year.

30 May 2012 The employee has left organizaion in june and rejoined after six months.He rejoined within same financial year then you have to issue only one form 16 for the such financial year.
