Should we issue Form 16 to left employees? Need clarity.

Issuance of Form 16 does not distinguish between present and past employees. it simply states that employes within the tax bracket are to be issued Form 16...hence even past employees are also covered..

IF YOU HAVE DEDUCTED TDS YOU SHOULD ISSUE FORM 16 TO THE LEFT EMPLOYEES OR IF THE THE EMPLOYEE WISHES TO GET FORM 16 FROM HIS NEW EMPPLOYER THAN YOU CAN ISSUE FORM 12B.
