19 July 2014 If HRA, Medical Allowance (Rs 15000/-p.a) & Conveyance Allowance (Rs. 9600/-) is not shown in Form 16. Then can we compute while filling INcome Tax Return.

19 July 2014 If these form part of salary only then you can claim it. It means these should be reflected in your salary slip and should be part of salary structure.

In case if its part of your salary structure and is reflected in salary slip but in form 16 the deduction is not given you can claim it in your IT return and ask your employer to revise TDS return.
