Dear Sir,
I have come under tax slab, but show the exemption like PPF, LIC etc to company. Then can i get form 16 from company without deduction of TDS. This is required by bank for home loan. They told me that form 16 can be issued without deduction of TDS. Is this right or wrong?

From 16 cannot be issued without TDS. Give salary certificate to your Bankers for availing home loan.

if your TDS no deducted by employer then FORM 16 will generate manually by your employer.

Rupesh Jain ji, you mean to say it is possible that form 16 can be issued by employer without deduction of TDS if i come under tax slab.
