14 May 2014 Dear Sir,

I have come under tax slab, but show the exemption like PPF, LIC etc to company. Then can i get form 16 from company without deduction of TDS. This is required by bank for home loan. They told me that form 16 can be issued without deduction of TDS. Is this right or wrong?

14 May 2014 From 16 cannot be issued without TDS. Give salary certificate to your Bankers for availing home loan.

14 May 2014 if your TDS no deducted by employer then FORM 16 will generate manually by your employer.
