(Querist)
20 September 2013 in my organisation their are some employees whose tds is below exemption limit so we have not deducted any tds from their salary nor we have mentioned the same in the tds returns as their is no tds liabile. but one of the employee is asking for form 16 as he want to go for loan.
earlier we use to download the same from the site and fill zero tds and give them the print out. but this year form 16 is downloaded from the site hence need your help.
