One of my client in US and his father make FD on behalf of her and now for encashment of that FD Banker ask Form 15CA and 15CB my doubt is
we can not remit the FD amount to Foreign just encash by her father, is it required to file those documents please reply

The Bank is correct, Form 15CA and 15CB are required.
