Dear Sir/Madam
I have two queries regarding the submission of Form 15CA through the login incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
1. As soon as i select the option of form 15CA from the drop box (a)the assessment year disappear (b)the option of upload the signature is also not worked (Not provide the option to browse the digital signature)
2. How can sign the form 15CA form in case of company. As income tax return is signed by Managing Director. In this case, any person other than MD, can be auhtorised to sign the form 15CA and how ?

You may use Nsdl portal for uploading 15ca for the time being as defiling portal will be mandatory from 12th.
Further any authorised signatory can sign as such however it is better that the same is signed by top management like MD or director or CEO coo etc

Sir Please guide, whether in case of filling of form 15CA online on income tax portal/website incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in, where digital signature of MD is registered. Is there any other possibility is available for any one other than MD to sign the digital signature to form 15CA.

YOU MAY CHANGE THE SIGNING AUTHORITY TO DIRECTOR IN THE PORTAL, UPDATE HIS DSC AND THE FILE 15CA.
