Hi
Sir, I have some doubt regarding the form 12b and form 16. I am joing new company on feb and they were asking me about form 12b and form 16 . the situation is that I am taking my salary total in cash and no salary slip is issued in that .
1. in form 12b what should I fill if I am not getting salary slip. total salary in hand is 15ooo,no deduction is there .
2 . will company give me form16 when I am taking salary in cash .

You can ask for form 11/16, if company does not give you the same, you may declare your taxable income to your new company to be considered for your tax calculations.
