10 November 2014 I will be writing IGNOU A&F BCOM exams in this December. Results are declared in next April it seems. They said that I will get certificate only after 1year from declaration of results. I want to pursue CS course. Can i start CS course and file form 112 after declaring results or i must wait till i receive the
Certificate. Please help me.

10 November 2014 once the grade card is issued, you can submit the same to ICAI as a proof of completion of b.com and file Form 112 for Cs.
