Form 112 and form 103 during transfer of articleship?

18 March 2014 Hello Experts,
I'm in my first year of articleship and now I've taken a transfer.
My old principal signed my form 109.

Now I'm joining another firm. While filling form 103 there is an option no 17 where they ask you about your other courses.
I've already filled form no 112 during my initial registration.

Am I suppose to again submit form 112?

but then what shall I fill in point 17 of form 103.

Please download the form 103 and check point 17.
Please reply asap. Its urgent!

18 March 2014 1. In 17(a) select "Yes"

2. In 17(b) give the details of the course

3. In 17(c) mention "Yes". Fill details of the letter received from ICAI permitting you to pursue the additional course.

4. In 17(d) write Not Applicable
