Dear sir,
i was doing my b.com from banglore university. .though my 3 years of b.com has been completed but there r still some back exams. .do i need to send 112 to icai. .and if yes ,i want to know why? cuz i have already completed my 3 years of b.com i.e i do not require to attend any regular classes ,the only thing i have to do is to write my back exams. . .kindly reply as soon as possible. .

Yes, send form 112 as you have not completed the course, explain in a covering letter that you no need to attend for classes and only to write back exams
