SIR,
I AM A CA PASSED OUT STUDENT IN JAN 2013, I ALSO GOT MY CA MEMBERSHIP NO. I HAVE COMPLETED M.COM AS A EXTERNAL STUDENT IN 2012 BUT FAILED TO SUBMIT FORM 112.
NOW TO AVOID FURTHER UNPLEASANT CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD I SUBMIT FORM 112 WITH CONDONATION OF DELAY TO THE ICAI OR JUST LET IT BE AS IT IS?
WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUENCES OF SUBMISSION OR NON SUBMISSION OF FORM 112 IN ABOVE CASE
(I.E. MEMBERSHIP DELAY OR CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP)?

I truly understand your concern. However personally I feel now there is no point filing of fome 112 as you have already got your membership number.
